1. Definitions
"Company" refers to Home Protect Plus.
"Customer" refers to the individual purchasing a home warranty plan.
"Covered Items" are home systems and appliances outlined in your specific plan.
"Agreement" refers to this Terms and Conditions document and any related policies.
2. Coverage
Coverage applies only to the systems and appliances listed in your plan.
Pre-existing conditions, misuse, or neglect of covered items are excluded.
Coverage is effective only after the initial waiting period (30 days) has passed.
3. Service Requests
Customers must report any issues via our online portal or by contacting our service center.
We will assign a certified technician to evaluate and repair or replace the covered item.
Service fees may apply for each service request, as outlined in your plan.
4. Exclusions
The following are not covered under any plan:
Cosmetic damages or routine maintenance.
Damage caused by natural disasters, unauthorized repairs, or misuse.
Systems or appliances not maintained per the manufacturer’s guidelines.
5. Payment Terms
Payments for plans must be made in full or as per the agreed installment schedule.
Failure to make timely payments may result in plan suspension or termination.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Customers may cancel their plan within the first 30 days for a full refund, minus any service fees incurred.
After 30 days, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining coverage period.
The Company reserves the right to cancel a plan for non-compliance or fraudulent claims.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the covered item as per your plan.
8. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is protected as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.
